In The Shadow of the Temple
Welcome to In The Shadow of the Temple. On this podcast we will open the ancient Scriptures and integrate the Old Testament with the New. G-d did not inspire His people, the Jews, to write the Old Testament and then realize it didn't work, therefore having to write a "New" Testament. The entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation is the story of the soon coming Messiah, Y'shua ha' mashioch, Jesus the Christ. We desire to reveal the true Messiah of Israel, Messiah Jesus. As you listen to our weekly messages, you'll be amazed at how much the person of Jesus Christ is woven throughout the Old Testament, confirming His promise to the world: that Jews, Gentiles and Arabs will one day all be hand in hand, bowing before Him, our Messiah, Jesus Christ the L-RD!

"In these last days, He has spoken to us by a Son, whom he has appointed as heir of all things..." {1:2}
What can we learn from this letter? We learn that "we have confidence to draw near to the throne of G-d..." We, too, live in an age of spiritual conflict and struggle. Many are like the early Jewish believers and are drifting from the faith, and our faith must be strengthened by the knowledge of what the L-rd Jesus has accomplished for us: The L-rd Jesus has removed the barriers and opened the door to the living presence of G-d! We now have access to G-d!! This is the idea that dominates The Letter To The Hebrews. As we read this letter and meditate on its truth, allow the Holy Spirit to give us understanding and insight into this great mystery of our faith. From age to age, the Jewish prophets, under the inspiration of the Ruach ha' Kodesh {Holy Spirit} spoke the Word of G-d. Messiah Jesus alone brings to us the full revelation of G-d, and He alone enables us to enter into the very presence of G-d.
